Party on, Wayne

Last minute, even MORE invites to kid's parties. This is killing me, seriously. Since I got so lucky last time, I again headed to the $1 aisle to buy more of those beach bags. (Didn't think ahead, darn)

Sadly, they were gone. In just a week! Sheesh. However they had the CUTEST Dr. Suess items you've ever seen. Pencils, paper and more importantly, one dollar tote bags. YES!

I paired them with some circus notepads and ended up with the perfect gift. Did I remember to buy more just in case we get another invite? Of course not! My brain's not working. Grr.

Bag it

The kids get invited to so many parties that I lose track. I was rushing around the store and found some great summer toys. That 3D chalk is AMAZING. Buy it for your kids, you'll be astounded! I needed a bag and I usually head to the gift wrap aisle, but those party bags always seem so wasteful.

Luckily I wandered into the $1 area and there was a very cool, extra large beach bag - YES, just one dollahh!!

It made the perfect wrap for the gift AND no guilt about throwing away a bag, since it will make a great zippered beach bag for summer!
