Flatastic

This is a horrible picture but I am on the run. I just bought these flats from Target...flats! I am a heel girl myself, but these were cute and cheap. $11 cheap.

They are very comfy but in looking at this picture they look...oddly indie to me. Cause you know what makes something indie? Birds and/or gray+ black stripes.

If you see someone with a gray and black striped sweater on give 'em a what what - they could be poser indie or poser emo, it's a toss up, really. That or Beetlejuice. Don't hate. I bought the shoes. I'm just sayin'.

Kitty Masks

We got these black cat masks at the $1 bins. There were lions, tigers, pigs and frogs there too. My girls love them!

Friday Finds

I've been shopping at Target but forgetting to take pictures and post. Here are my finds from yesterday.

The socks are from the $1 bin. My oldest wears an uniform to school and likes colorful socks to wear to school. The bandanas from the $1 bin too. School supplies are 50% off. I found the nice pink scissors for less then $2. The plastic glasses are unbreakable ones from the kitchen section ($1.99 each). They are the girls' new bathroom glasses. I was looking at the kid bathroom section but no way was a going to get them a $10 bathroom cup!

The soap container and cup are from the bathroom section. We painted our bathroom a light purple and put in brown rugs. The old bathroom set was blue so I wanted to update and match the rugs. Most of the containers in the bathroom section are glass. I have a tendency to knock things over so I didn't want a glass container in the bathroom (speaking of, the bronze container on the right managed to fall out of my basket at Target!). I found this bronze container in the kitchen section on sale for less then $5. It will hold q-tips in our bathroom.

Yo Gabba Gabba

I was at Target yesterday, buying boring stuff, nothing really worthy of a snapshot and just look what I spied in the kid's toys section for $5.99 each:

Plush Yo Gabba Gabba characters. So awesome.

My son is self-admittedly 'too old' for Yo Gabba Gabba these days, so I may need to get pregnant and pop out another child so I can buy these for him/her.

Domo arigato Mr. Roboto

Aw, yeah! Since I made these DOMO cupcakes, the emails have been pouring in about the fact that our beloved Target has embraced DOMO as their Halloween mascot. Best. Halloween. Ever.

I plan to go raid the store once their full line is up. Sadly, my kids have already decided to go with Indie and a dino. Phooey. I wanted to make us an ENTIRE FAMILY OF DOMOS. That'd scare the 'hood for sure.

Addiction.

Worst picture ever. But I was in a hurry to eat these bad boys.

These are by far the most addicting delcicious piece of junk food I have ever laid my hands on. Good lord, I ate just one and I wanted to go buy another bag to stock pile. I don't even like hot things, but these are sweet hot, and so so good.

It is also the worst use of fonts ever on a product. But I'll forgive them.

Now I, Skeletor, am master of the universe!

It's that time o' year...Halloweeeen! Which means cheap skeleton clothes that I make my kids wear all year round. Don't ask, I don't know why I do that either.

In any case, I went to Target this weekend and bought the last two of these:Short sleeve skele-hoodies for only $4.99. I don't care if it's September, they are wearing these starting now.
