I love Target eats

Recently Target has stocked some great new items to stuff your face with.

These new Fruit Crisps from Newtons are a perfect mid-morning snack or anytime you're on the go. The apple cinnamon ones taste like mini McDonald's pies but with a ton less calories. They are only 100 calories per package yet are surprisingly filling. I prefer them to the boring old granola bar (which weighs in at 110 calories or more).

Target has gotten into the frozen meal business and this pasta bowl is the yummiest bowl I've had, and believe me, I've tried a lot. I do wish the portion was larger, though. If they doubled the portion it would still fall under 500 calories which is a respectable lunch for anyone watching their weight.

Ok these M&Ms aren't healthy by any means, but boy are they good! So soft and creamy, not crunchy like normal M&M's. At $3.50 a box they are perfect to ration not just for the price but your waist-line too. :)

bee nice

Man, do I love all things mini. So when I saw these 'itty packs' in the aisles, I squealed with delight.

What I didn't realize, until I opened them, is that the cookies are in fact miniaturized too! Very exciting. Even more exciting, I found bears and bees itty packs. Cutest combo ever. Now I am thinking of making honey cupcakes just to use these tiny bees as toppers. Ah, the possibilities.

Backpack, backpack

I am going to a kid's birthday party and the only reason I say thank god I don't have girls is because I find Dora the Explorer so annoying. There are better ways to learn Spanish, people. Maybe it's her midriff baring shirt that bothers me. Or her dead eyes? I dunno.

Still, I went with the theme and found a backpack - as in THE BACKPACK from Dora - in the crayon section of Target! It was stuffed full of crayons, stickers and activity stuff. Just perfect. Then I saw these Dora shaped crayons for just $1.99. I LOVE shaped crayons, don't ask me why. And there was something just super creepy and wonderful about these Dora molded crayons. Feliz cumpleaƱos!
