Baby, baby, baby

Target just got more dangerous for me.

I dared to venture into the baby section.

And I didn't leave empty-handed.

Behold the first clothing purchases for my baby girl, due in October.

so sweet

I also got little pink hangers to properly store her little outfits.

In addition, I found this cute onesie in the $1 section.

And your mommy loves you!

Damn you, Target. Damn you!

Hello Kitty!

Target was one out of 7 stops today. It's a 25 mile round trip for me into town so I've been trying save gas by doing a bunch of things while in town. It's was very tiring. I need to go into Target to get Scrub Bubble refills for the toilet brush but came out after spending more than $40.

The dollar section was full of back to school stuff already!! Lots of cool things with Princess, Hello Kitty, Cars and Spiderman (sorry I have girls so only the girl stuff catches my attention.

We got 2 Hello Kitty containers for $1, Hello Kitty water bottle $1, Princess Sandwich container $1 and Princess wallet $1.

There were a few good items in the 30% off section. The girls each got a skort and I found this Hello Kitty swim suit (large) for $3.74!! I just got her another Hello Kitty swim suit for $14 at Mervyn's. This one is big so it should be good for next year.

Good grief.

Ok, so I bought this toothbrush for myself. I have a small mouth and I like to make sure I get allll the way back there to brush my teef, cause the last thing I need is more dentist bills. Grr. These cute Snoopy toothbrushes were $2.19 and came in a TWO pack. What a deal.

Short people.

Man it's hot. I have sifted through the kid's clothes and after putting away the pants and long sleeves, there is nothing left. I was on the search for shorts and lots of them. But I didn't want to spend a grip. I happened upon these camo shorts on sale.

Nice price, but now I'll never find the kids if we go on a safari hunt.

Pink robe

I bought this robe to wear in the hospital last week (I just had gastric bypass surgery). I was told that I would be forced to GET UP and WALK the halls to prevent blood clots in my legs, and that a robe would be a good thing to bring. It was $14.99, which I thought was a good deal!

I was actually unable to do much walking until day 2 post-op, and I couldn't even bend over to get the robe out of my bag so I just held on to my hospital johnny and prayed I wasn't flashing any ass. I never even took the tags off.

My robe is an XL, and since I'll be losing like 5o pounds in the next few months, I think I am going to take it back and get a L. Maybe a M!!

Ice cold milk and an...

I didn't really eat Oreos as a kid. I think I may be the only one. Despite the scary trans fat issue, they are pretty ok. I do think the new updated packaging is weird. That resealable top, wtf? I'm sure it keeps it fresh, then again I love old skool packaging.

So I went to Target to buy some to make these Bully cookies 'n' cream cupcakes. I was astounded at the different colors and flavors that Oreos now come in. Again, I'm old skool. Black and white is fine with me.
